A very stormy afternoon with high winds. We weren’t able to open the pod fully for safety reasons.  The clients were glad of the shelter.  One of the girls was very upset because her sister had died after taking heroin.

Craig and  his girlfriend have now got a house in Stockton. They are both very happy.

John is not drinking at the moment and looks well.

We bought some warm clothing for guy new in town who had nothing.

A girl who used to use our Stockton kitchen is now beginning the process of volunteering for us.

Rob who has been in and out of jail is now settled down with his pregnant girlfriend.

The mushy pea patties made an interesting and tasty addition to the stew.  They were popular with the clients.
