There is an increased number of people sleeping rough without adequate bedding.  We gave 4 sleeping bags  to needy people.

A lady came with apple crumble to serve. This was very well received by the clients.

Ozzy is back on the streets after 2 years.  He seems to be doing ok

The  car  park was full of snow.  This made walking about difficult and extra care had to be taken on the icy surfaces and on the wet floor.

We had done hotdogs tonight but people said they would have preferred stew – probably for its warming effect.

A very cold and quiet night.

A very busy kitchen in very cold conditions.    The clients found the van a welcome shelter and were happy to make

room for one another in a friendly atmosphere.

Regular client Dave had been beaten up by group of young guys.  Sadly, this is a common danger on the streets at the moment.
